Metaworkgroups Creative Innovation for adapted AI Technology Incubation Institute (CIATII), Inc. A SEC registered NGO based in Baguio and La Trinidad regionally operating in the Cordillera. We envision to be an organization the utilizes technology to disrupt regular industries. The organization’s mission as an institute is to be a provider and partner of TESDA and other leading agencies in offering a DIPLOMA program that promotes the use of innovative technology to disrupt the prime industry we are currently engaging on namely: film, real estate development and inventive fabrication.

As an incubation facility we engage in mentoring young and marginalize professionals and MSMEs engaged in the use of multimedia technologies, as a new facility we are constantly engaging into crowdfunding and creative profit generating activities leveraging from the talents and resources of our members. Part of our fund raising involves the application for the acquisition of machineries purposely intended as Shared Service Facility (SSF) to sustain our creative entrepreneurs and creators.

Since, last year, members and trainers have acquired series of training from CINEMALAYA, NCCT, FDCP for film and TESDA relating to metal fabrication followed by training in mechatronics. Younger members are undergoing CAD designing relating to construction, tourism and theme park development. We also open our doors to fresh graduates looking for organization willing to fund and connect their interest in designing and invention prototyping. We created a small group and partnered with other incubations labs to have our members mentored in utilizing new technologies like 3D computer and printer, servers and prototyping Lazer cutting machines, while some of those gears and equipment are being provided to our members, we have also considered acquiring newer and cheaper machines to allow our incubates to experiment and work on these technologies outside of their academic class and career work schedule. Initial funding was aggregated from the donations of our members and organization patrons, while the others were acquired from the office of DTI and DOST.

Currently, we are on the process of organizing a Filmpinas Film Festival to test various programs that we deemed to be necessary to improve our regional film industry’s marketability and profitability. community of recipients, beneficiaries and network partners and investors of the organization. From this festival, we also intend to gather data from the transactions and feedback of our events, programs and workshops allowing us to gain research data, industry foothold and basis in acquiring income generating assets and edge in grant application. The film festival is design to improve our curriculum, allowing our incubates to gain feasible and sustainable project to develop. Various economic activities are being planned to self-fund the month-long festival. To further ensure that the project becomes sustainable and rewarding, various NGOs and government agencies were invited to partake in these events this December 2024 and on September 2025. We intend to share the result in various industry forums, assembly and deliberations.

Other business units were also linked with the festival to help increase its economic return.
